Martial Arts is the perfect outlet for the stresses of school, adolescence, and social influences as well as the looming pressure of university and future jobs. Teens are taught the value of focus, respect, and discipline in a supportive atmosphere with positive role models. Our goal is to instill values and drive that will push them above and beyond the goals they have set for themselves. Our teens are expected to behave with maturity and professionalism while getting a challenging workout and having a great time as well.

We offer a blend of martial arts which draws from the strengths of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, Kung-fu, Hapkido, Hwarang-do, Escrima, Arnis, weapons and our “real life” self-defense scenarios.
