Boot Camp is back in New West!

Our camp will be running on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a total of 4 weeks.  Each class will focus on a different muscle group, as well as an element of Cardio and Core/Ab strengthening exercises.  

Throughout the camp we will focus on:

  • Chest and Back 
  • Plyometrics
  • Shoulders and Arms
  • Cardiovascular Exercise
  • Core and Abs

 

By completing the 4 week program, you can expect:
