Personal Trainer Sheila Wynne Fung can help you take control.

Formerly of All Canadian Fitness, a black belt martial artist, and graduate of McMaster University, Sheila specializes in body transformation and post-rehab conditioning—often in combination. With over 15 years of martial arts experience and five years training with some of Ontario’s top trainers she uses a blended style of training based on progressive programs that keep her clients from ever hitting a plateau.

Former trainees include athletes from the CFL, Olympic level competitors, and even a man who skied to the North Pole. She has worked alongside CFL veterans, professional fighters, and parkours urban-jungle runners. She has made a practice of learning as much as possible from the people around her and adding as many tools to her own arsenal as exist in the fitness world.

Her focus in fitness is to inform; fitness mythology is both misleading and damaging in the long run. She strongly believes in teaching her clients the truth about sustainable, healthy change. In this 4 week Bootcamp transform your body and learn the truth behind fitness myth.
