BOOT CAMP II STARTS ON August 8, 2010.
We’re back!
Ready for round two? Red Tiger Martial Arts bootcamp is back and ready to go as of August 8th: here’s your chance to make the changes you want!
The kick-off meeting is scheduled for Sunday August 8th at 6pm—Join us at our New Westminster location for an introduction to metabolic management, learn how to maximize your body’s fat-burning potential and understand how to eat in order to maximize your results!
Classes Start on August 9th, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am..
What to expect:
- A 3 to 5% fat loss in overall body composition.
- An exchange of fat for muscle.
- Increased strength, endurance and cardiovascular abilities.
- A stronger, leaner, healthier body.

There will be an initial kick-off / nutritional seminar on Sunday May 30th at 6pm (same location). Baseline measurements will be taken, metabolic management taught and applied to your specific goals, and details for the program explained.
