Jiu-Jitsu Results

Red Tiger Martial Arts in conjunction with West Coast Brazilian Jiu Jitsu hosted our largest submissions tournament ever on Saturday June 19th, at Harry Bishop elementary school in Surrey.
With such a huge turnout participants were able to get in multiple bouts (round-robin style tournament) and experience many different styles. Results are available here

Congratulations to all who participated. We are especially proud of Red Tiger students who came out to represent the school (and walked away with more than a few medals).

They Made It

Congratulations to Bootcamp Survivors!

Red Tiger Martial Arts is proud to announce the completion of our first bootcamp with stunning results for all participants.
Across the board bootcampers reached their goals, doubled and sometimes tripled their fitness ratings, raised their metabolisms, and shed body fat!
Every single participant lost inches, gained muscle tone, increased strength and endurance and we couldn’t be more proud.
Stay tuned for round two! Details available here.

This past weekend Red Tiger Martial Arts co-hosted a sparring tournament with Ultimate Martial Arts of Port Coquitlam. The tournament took place at our New Westminster location and featured point sparring, as well as continuous/ kickboxing style sparring. We had a great turnout this year and we're looking forward to future competitions. Congrats to all who competed; especially to all of you who did such a great job in representing Red Tiger. You make us proud!

June Bootcamp Is Under Way

Our first bootcamp for the summer is well under way!
Over the course of the program campers are learning how to manage their metabolism, how to transform their bodies and are actively exchanging fat for muscle —resulting in leaner, meaner, healthier bodies.

Topics covered so far include: balancing blood sugar, eating supportively while “on the run”, fueling the body for post-workout recovery, and whole lot of sweat!

Topics to be covered in the next couple weeks include (but are in no way limited to!): maintenance post bootcamp, super-foods, hydration, fat-burn, and healthy lifestyle changes.

Participants have already started to see and feel results and this is only the first week. If you would like to receive the nutritional tips and guidelines being provided for bootcampers, please click the link bellow
