Clayton Rutherford (1st Degree Black Belt – Head Instructor)
clayton  Mr. Rutherford is a passionate martial artist with over seven years of experience in various disciplines. He joined Red Tiger Martial Arts in the summer of 2005 and wants nothing more than to learn all he can and share it with others. In 2007 he left his career as a civil technologist in order to teach full time, a career move that now has him doing what he loves.

Growing up in Prince George, B.C., he enjoyed many hobbies including five years of full contact football and two years studying kung fu. Mr. Rutherford is happy to be a part of Red Tiger and is looking forward to long and happy future teaching martial arts.
   
Michael Eirikson (2nd Degree Black Belt – Instructor, New Westminster)
michael  Mr. Erikson has been with Red Tiger Martial Arts since 1999. He has obtained the rank of 2nd degree black belt and is a certified instructor through the Red Tiger program. He has been teaching at the New Westminster club since 2005 and is as passionate an instructor as he is a student of the martial arts. Mr Erikson is also studying mathematics at Simon Fraser University.
   
Cathy Puskas (Red/Black  Belt – Instructor, Ladner)
cathy1  Cathy has been a member of Red Tiger Martial Arts since 2003. She initially joined for fun & fitness but soon discovered all the other benefits and aspects of martial arts.  Recognizing that martial arts isn't entirely a physical discipline, Cathy strives to use her martial arts to benefit the community by organizing dodge ball tournaments for charity and teaching self-defense to women at risk.  Cathy teaches martial arts at both Ladner and New Westminster locations and Lean & Fit at the New Westminster location while pursuing a second degree at UBC.
   
Michael Hills (4th Degree Black Belt – Weapons Instructor)
   
Wayne Cosh (2nd Degree Black Belt – Instructor)
wane  Mr. Cosh has been with Red Tiger Martial Arts since 1997. He has obtained the rank of 2nd degree black belt as of December, 2002 and has accumulated a number of accomplishments and awards in the process. His list of accomplishments includes activity in local tournaments, leadership awards, sparring awards and recognition for good citizenship. With a personal interest in automotive restoration and renovation of heritage homes Mr. Cosh is a well-rounded, active community member.

Lilian DeCapite (Yoga Instructor & Assistant Lean and Fit Instructor)
lillian  Lili’s foremost objective is to help all students become aware of their physical and emotional strength from within and apply those strengths and skills into their daily lives.  She has recently graduated from a Teacher Training course based on Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga principals.  Lili is dedicated to teaching with compassion, awareness and integrity so all involved in the class can gain satisfaction from each practice.
